Class Descriptions

Vinyasa Yoga is a slower paced yet flowing practice with an emphasis on alignment and breath. Discover a new way to explore strength and flexibility in your body whilst developing a calm mind for a confident, restorative and safe practice.
All levels welcome.

Power Vinyasa is a dynamic, energetic practice that uses movement and breath to intelligently and powerfully transform your body and mind. Take the opportunity to challenge old beliefs and movement patterns, empower yourself and explore your potential for space, freedom and clarity. A regular yoga practice is recommended, though variations and modifications are always available for any level of experience.

Hatha Yoga is a practice of yoga postures, conscious breathing and mindfulness. The perfect space to move with awareness, build strength and stretch your body. Learn the foundations of a yoga practice and be connected in mind, body and spirit.

Yin Yoga is a deeply restorative and enriching practice that releases tension and nourishes the connective tissues throughout the joints and body. For improved range of motion, injury resistance and enhanced inner stillness, this long, slow, deep practice is the perfect balance to more dynamic ‘yang’ styles of moving and working your body. All levels welcome.
