Indoor group ride Fitness
Indoor group ride finding fitness fast with the team in rhythmic blend of hills, sprints and flat cruising. Simple and strong, upbeat and energetic.
X Train
Mixed modal training which adds variety & intelligence to any fitness experience. Uses a combination of training methods, resistance & bodyweight exercises to focus on a well rounded 30 minute session.
Boxing
30 minutes boxing skills & cardio based workout including partner combinations, shadow & bag work. A great way to incorporate strength & endurance training into any fitness routine.
Retro Dance
50 – 55 minutes of retro dance styles, effort & energy. Dance & move to music from another era to feel vibrant, energized & nostalgic. Burns calories, builds endurance & improves coordination.
Barre
45 -50 minute hybrid, low impact workout using ballet inspired moves & training method. With an emphasis core strengthening & toning legs & butt Barre has elements of Pilates & plies.
